This is fabulous, and I think I am enjoying this more that the raspberry. Fruity, slight sweetness, tart dry finish.

If you’re looking for a fruited lambic, it’s hard to top a fresh Fou!! That said, I like mine with some age on it so that beautiful Cantillon lambic has more of a chance to shine. Still, can’t complain!🍻

Apricots and oak on the nose. Sour notes you'd expect from a limbic followed by crisp bubbles that offer a beautiful embrace upon the tongue. Beautiful in every way.

Thanks for sticking this, @MaxsTaphouse for Belgian fest! Apricot, stone fruit, touch of oak and vanilla. Dense, yet mild sour flavor. Stone fruit in the finish. Incredible balance.
