Aroma is oak. Taste is not too sour, a bit lactic. Mouthfeel is very creamy.

Finally, at one of the crown jewels of lambic, after the self tour this first pour is offered, essentially still, pungent stonefruit with a balsamic pucker that comes to a slick finish. So cool to actually be here, ran into Jean Van Roy twice too!!

Went back for the self-guide tour. This is the basic lambic they use to blend all of their gueuze. Earthy. Wild. Flat. Not over powering. I’m calling it draft, but really it was poured out of a jug, straight from the barrel.
