Два основных правила для этого болотного цветка:температура 15-17° и пить, по возможности,свежее; это-2023. В Iris основа не пшеница,а солод pale ale, два вида хмеля в пополам:старый и молодой. После двух лет в бочке-холодное охмеление.Мягко, в балансе

Ol McDonald and the whole farm in here, horse blanket, sweat, moss damp, blue cheese, wet soil, saline, tannic wet wood, tart and punchy, star fruit and fresh hops (now old) bitterness. 6 years of cellaring has definitely increased the complexity.Splendid

#LCI #ZwanzeDay yesterday. Unsure on the year, didn't get a chance to check the cork 😅... Heard a few people commenting on this as one of their favourites of the tasting. It's a nice twist, and the hops and malt probably make it slightly more drinkable.

Fantastic smell, apricot-esque. Gorgeous flavours and really mellow aftertaste. Impressive mouthfeel for a lambic as well
