Last one for backlog. A really nice lambic to revisit. More fresh, and bright compared to the bottle i had of this last year. Overall, a delicious Gueuze, thanks Dad. 4.4

Deep cellar at nose and lots of mold, horse blanket, brett and old leather. Hyper tartness. Like old style Loons with powerful lemonish. 4.20

Opened with a loud pop and and even more expressive gush. Lost a good glass worth to the table top. Fantastic stuff tho. Citrus, oak, really smooth. So well integrated. I could drown in this.

Last one from Wednesday night. Reminds me of Zenne B1, sour wood, Sherry type funk, old Spanish cedar, grapefruit wood, and dusty classic gwayzzee. Finishes dry. Exceptional Gueuze

The aroma is citric fruits and yeast, very delicate. The taste is citric with an enjoyable sourness, dry ending. Delicious!

Yeah it’s basically classic gueuze with a different label, but it’s also a testament to blending the right barrels and aging it.
