What a wonderful lambic. Peaches and lots of funk almost vinegar-ish. Candied sugars with a lovely hop profile coz of the dry hopping. Makes me pucker but I'm thoroughly enjoying this

Dry, slightly acidic but with a lovely balanced funk to it. A proper celebration beer!

Agréablement surpris. Bulle d’une finesse exceptionnelle. Funk bien balancé avec note de sésame grillé, de barrique et de pain au levain. Peu acide, très balancé. Très sèche.

Très bon mais y s’en fait de l’aussi bonne au Québec. Nez très yogourt. En bouche, très tart pomme/citron avec les grosses levures sauvages. Une belle finale sur un beau kick d’amertume grâce aux ddh. C’est très bien fait évidemment.

Delikat sak som renner gjennom kjeften når du tar en sup, det er surt, tørrt, men og fruktig. Aldeles meget godt.
