Wrong glass but marvelous beer. Cheese on the nose, as well as some funk. 2 YO cuvée. Hops is still there and add unbelievable freshness and fruitiness to the Gueuze. Add layers and deepens the taste with a bright finish. Out of this world, young or aged

Lovely lambic but probably not worth the price. Glad I’ve tried a Cantillon beer now, complete with basket.

LCI - Brussels beer no 6: Shared this with Adam P. Tasted similar to a saison. Nice refreshing and floral taste. Worth it for the basket pouring experience

Floral aromas of black tea and gerbera flowers. Clear on the palate, with a sharp grapefruit-like acidity. The sweet-sourness, like that of Hassaku, swells gradually afterwards.

And this is the "underrated" Cantillon. Wild. I initially poured it pretty cold but after an hour or so it warmed up and shined.
