Initially very sharp and sour, then lots of nice hoppy dryness. I also think it tastes like black tea with lemon in it. This is going to be a nice Sunday afternoon sipper!

2013-08-15 Office des Grands Crus (SAQ) Appearance : Golden amber with medium head. Aroma : Citrus and Sour. Taste : Sour with a metallic finish, the finish is cause by the dry-hop in cask. Palate : Medium body and medium carbonation.

かなりグレープフルーツ感強し。あまりホップを感じないなあ。むしろ昔ながらのランビックのニュアンス。しっかりと濃く、どっしりとした酸味でカンティヨンらしい酵母感。美味し。

かなりジューシーな。柑橘。オレンジから酸っぱいミカン系。甘やかで美味し。昔よりもかなりドリンカビリティ上がった気がする。香りはちょっと植物的なホップに口に含むとシガーも。この辺りは昔の感じよね。そういう意味では少しホップが浮いてる気もしないでもないけど、むしろ美味くなったかな。

Hazy golden beer, one finger white head. Sour, dry with some oaky notes. It is nice!

Not as good as I remembered it? Almost still, not a ton of funk, missing a lot of what makes Cantillon great. Maybe it’s just the draft version? 12oz, 7.75*

LCI - Brussels beer no 6: Shared this with Adam P. Tasted similar to a saison. Nice refreshing and floral taste. Worth it for the basket pouring experience
