Rode wijnsmaak met zure lambiektint. Serieuze taninesmaak. Zwaar.

Dark earthy tannic rich - tastes more like wine than beer. Very special.

Väga veinine, punased viinamarjad, must sõstar, punane sõstar, vaarikas. Väga toekas ja tanniinine. Kergelt magusat kohupiimasust on ka. Väga nauditav jõuline lambic.

Iets minder vineus dan de Piacere, maar vol rode druiven. Fruitigheid ten top. Ingetogen zuurtje.

Still thinking it needs time. Some vinegar note that fortunately doesn’t take over and overwhelm. Lambic still have to raise up, more going on the cherries/grapes. Lacks complexity of b1. It will improve I’m sure.

Still tasting a bit young in comparison with Zelige/Nuit b1. Better than when I tried it fresh a couple years ago though.

Complex, leathery, red grapes, wood. Like a good red wine.

Vinous, very grape-forward. And in one word: ütős.

Taste from our neighbors - dry, deep red wine character, low carbonation with a bit of funk.

Absolutely superb, much more grape than the last bottle, much more intense. So good.

Decided on a 2nd bottle share with the Sega Afterburner David B. A deep red grape super smooth juicy lambic. A great chilled time here today. Sightseeing next with lambic goggles on! Thanks Cantillon. A pleasure and I’m of to them gift store! C’est Bon!

Black currant, light cherry and earthy blackberry notes. Vinous. Fruity. Velvety Tannins. Medium tartness. Intense and complex pallet. A really great beer!

It's only day but still looks and tastes like a summer night in the vineyard. Works good with the pizza as well. Dark blueish, soft funkiness, loads of grapes and some barrel vibes. Great stuff.
