Beautiful Pinot noir aromas. Lovely grape and red wine flavors up front. Aftertaste is more Pinot noir. Great amount of sour. Dry finish

🍇 Really good. Not very sharp, or acidic. More full/sweet than a ponchdown type sour.

Merci Hugo de me forcer à boire de la Cantillon, c'est toujours un plaisir de se partager une bouteille ensemble! Saveurs bien agencées, le fruit est élégant et le bois de Cantillon vient toujours enrober l'acidité, à mon humble avis.
