2022 blend. It was pretty young and soft. Nice grassy funk up front that opened up to tannic bite and wine like soft acidity on the breath out... this bish was good.

Не, ну нужно было конечно в бутылке такое брать. Налили с пятого раза, пена будто азот, да и во ощущениях тож. Либо просто что-то запороли. Само пиво то вкусное.

Not nearly as bracingly sour as regular Cantillon but drier. Quite fruity but just under the surface on nose and palate.

Very nice and extremely balanced. Straight from tap in an unexpected glas. The bartender made the tap run before pouring, and what he wasted, would have cost DKK 100 back home.

Grape Lambic 😲 I have no idea what the local phrase for that is. You know cherry is Kriek, raspberry is Framboise, etc. The grape flavour is very subtle. Most of it is overpowered by the sourness of the beer. Still really good though.

Så blød og smørret. Super vinøs og en smule saltet. VIRKELIG GOD BALANCERET. Den bedste efter min smag af det fantastiske bryggeri cantillon🫶🏼
