Dry, soft mouth feel, leathery finish. Very nice lambic that isn't too tart.

Probablement la meilleure bière que j’ai bu à ce jour. C’est tellement équilibré, doux mais goûteux en même temps. Un coup de coeur!!

2021. Under carb for my preference, and a lot of dry red vinous character that I think doesn't do well while this is so young but will shine with some age.

Lovely, clear reddish pinkish orange color. Very tart raspberry aroma, confirmed on tasting, quite a bite, tart but bitter as well with a slight fruity, candied flavor.
