March 19, 2013 keg@Mikkeller&Friends (2011 vintage) Colour is burgundy ruby red with a very thin bubbly fast dissipating head. Fruity sour fruit wine like aroma and taste, acidic, cherry, woody oak a tart finish.

Denna har jag inte druckit på väldigt länge. Någon delad 75 cl flaska på 3 Små Rum i Göteborg för vad som känns som evigheter sedan. Fantastisk lambik med tillhörande komplexitet samt inslag av druvjuice. Rund men ändå lätt och elegant. Världsklass!

This is a nice fruity lambic. It has has an easy to drink body that has just the right heft for the style and a good, pretty balanced, tart and sour vinous flavor with a nice hint of fruity sweetness to it and a solid dry finish.
