Lovely, clear reddish pinkish orange color. Very tart raspberry aroma, confirmed on tasting, quite a bite, tart but bitter as well with a slight fruity, candied flavor.

Très fruité (raisin rouge, cerise, framboise). Peu acidic. On récupère le tanin du merlot avec des belles notes de bois. Léger funk (saveur d'etable/foin). Rond en bouche. Belle longueur avec une fin un peu vanillé.

Toujours un plaisir de boire ça, surtout en fût! Le funk Cantillon avec le raisin c’est un match parfait.

The wine really comes through but very delicate and balanced. Just a fantastic beer.

Just as I remember it. My first was 5 years ago in Brussels and inspired my own Rutherford Reprise. Grape is a little faded, funk is subtle.

Quand on va chez Cantillon pour ce genre de bière, on sait qu'on ne sera pas déçu ! La robe est magnifique, je pourrais rester des heures à sentir mon verre avant de commencer à boire et côté goût et acidité tout est là ! Perfect!
