Mon meilleur lambic à vie. Juste wow. Tellement complexe et intéressant! Le raisin domine.

Check in 1000 (related to 2017 RB). Colour is unclear ruby/reddish with a tiny fast disappearing pink head. Aroma is grapes, lemon, red barries, acidic. Taste is medium sourness and medium to heavy sweetness. Lot of fruit’s sugars. Light to medium bodied.

Sour beer turning into a symphony of nuttiness as the tail fades away. Kudos to Beer Gonzo Tap 1 after one year + of hiatus.

Tart, rich and deep fruity nose. Lactic tang, huge oaky backdrop with the classic cheesy geuze thing going on. Almonds, cherry stones and warming red grapes. Tannic, almost like old leather. Puckering. Slightly herbal bitterness. Fabulous.

Ook eens een Cantillon proberen. Zuurtjes zijn niet zo mijn ding normaal maar helaas trok ik dit biertje uit de grabbelton. Hele mooie kleur, zachte fruitige smaak maar het zuur overheerst dan. #kutgrabbelton #ikwerdnietgedwongen 💉🔫

Нереально круто. Сбалансированный, яркий, сочный. Чувствуется Мерло и бретты. Вкус многогранен и богат.
