Quand tu ouvres une Cantillon en ce qui me concerne, c’est plus que seulement boire une bière, c’est vivre un moment. C’est sec, le raisin est très goûteux et c’est bien équilibré. En souhaitant qu’il y aille plusieurs autres moments comme celui-ci.

Red grape, cherry and light funk aroma. Sharp Red fruit, grapes and hay, into horse and raspberry. Finishes with leather, more red grapes and ends on sharp and tart raspberry. Brilliant. 2019 cork

Je n'ai eu qu'une seule bouteille de ce breuvage magnifique. Un chef d'oeuvre, que je n'oublierai jamais.Le seul reproche que je peux lui faire est qu'elle est introuvable. Une bière précieuse et délicate qui met en valeur la grappe. A boire à t° de cave.

Wow this is incredible very sweet for a lambic but has the exact flavors a lambic should have.

Sour beer turning into a symphony of nuttiness as the tail fades away. Kudos to Beer Gonzo Tap 1 after one year + of hiatus.

Third vaccine dose. Limited shelf life of 10 years, so need to drink now (9 years in). Tart and funky with berry and an intense earthy grassy finish.

Presents a ruby red colour and almost completely still with no head. It’s light and effervescent in the mouth with deep berry flavour. It’s sweeter than expected on the front palate but has a dry finish reminiscent of wine. Outstanding.

Just faultless. Pure joy. This is def an older keg, the funk has developed to an appreciable level and its so much the better for it.
