1e bière de la trentaine. Nez vineux à mort qui se transmet en bouche. C’est rond, super boisé. Fruits rouges discrets mais qui amènent une belle acidité. Looooongue finale. C’est absolument délicieux.

Аромат дуже тонкий, відчутні ягоди, якісь м'ятні ноти. Смак дуже приємна ягідна гірчинка, кислота помірна. Посмак дуже сухий, ягідна гірчинка дуже тривала. Ну смачно, нічого не скажу

C’est acide, c’est complexe, c’est vineux et c’est plus qu’excellent!! Une bière de très grand calibre et de très grande qualité!

This is a 2016 bottle. Sharp Cantillon signature nose and a smooth mouth feel. Carbonated but subtle. Oak barrel comes through as always. Excellent.

This might be the best wine/beer hybrid ever. Punchy acidity, medium tannins, lovely berry/cherry/red wine flavors, and a little funky bunch intertwined. Oak smooths out the acidity and finish just a touch. Beautiful beer.

This a real treat, fruit forward, raspberries, very wine like. But loads of barnyard funk, dusty. I’m happy to have found this rarity!

Probablement la meilleure bière que j’ai bu à ce jour. C’est tellement équilibré, doux mais goûteux en même temps. Un coup de coeur!!

This was very complex. A very lovely balance of beer and wine. I have never tasted anything so good.

Just perfectly balanced acidity and merlot grapes. It’s gentle compared to a lot of fruited lambics and really gives you a chance to savour the taste.
