Tasty and intense. Fairly intense sourness, with vinegar notes. Wine barrel notes, light wood. Yellow fruit. Some citrus. Vinous notes, like white wine. Some funky notes, but very mild. Juicy. Some herbal notes, almost minty. Excellent traditional lambic.

Delicate and complex nose, with white wine, grape notes, fruit, and some floral notes. Slight acetic note, like old wine barrel. The palate is delicate and complex, floral and fruity notes, mild acidity, white wine, barrel notes, and some citrus. Superb.

很轻盈，和很多高分兰比克比起来甚至可以说是寡淡，但是香气非常可爱，过的橡木桶应该盛放过芳香型的白葡萄酿的酒，比如琼瑶浆。酒有一种玫瑰花瓣和荔枝的香气，酸味也很柔和，是适合新人用来认识兰比克的酒。

Première fois que j'essaie une lambic et une bière de Cantillon. C'est une agréable surprise qui donne ce qu'elle annonce. J'espère avoir l'occasion d'en boire d'autres étant donné que je suis au Québec.

Recent roadtrip souvenir. This is a very delicate, smooth and quite dry lambic. One that nearly bridges the gap to wine.

This one is extremely sour and tart. Almost no carbonization, therefore slight dried fruits and a lot of oak. Nice one for food pairings!
