no carbonation, but still a lovely lambic. earthy tones with grapefruit zest, hint of toasted pecan, woodsiness, rained-on mulch, lemonbalm herb, and a lovely puckering finish.

Cracked a bottle, the irritating dog next door that has plagued us for years has now died! Also celebrating house sale, now to find somewhere to live! Not too tart this, no carb this but drinks well.

A rare treat in enjoying a Cantillon. Bottle share with David B. It’s a wonderfully grape and juicy apple flavours to this excellent tasty lambic.

FINALLY cracked this bad boy. 6.0 circuit breaker. Really interesting. Haven’t had a non sparkling sour before. Acidic with a subtle complexity. Wishing I had paired it with food.

2018 bottle with 2014/2015 lambics. Pairs well with fresh caught blue crabs and sunset on a boat.

Sweet for a lambic, but so well balanced. Great!

Thanks Alex! Bottled 12 JUL 2021. Near clear golden. Sour grains, very floral, grapey, parmesan, old rainbarrel. Thick and smooth. Dense and beautiful.
