Well well, might be drinking this a bit too fresh but I'm loving the oaky notes, nice deep colour, hints of citrus with a tart finish #12BeersOfXmas

Part of my older son’s Xmas present from his sister’s trip to France and Belgium. Straight from the brewery. Nice and tart. Just this side of dry. Clean tasting.

2021 Edition, not the best flat Lambic I've had, their Gueuze is in my opinion the better choice since the carbonation helps the flavors or the Oude Lambiek from De Cam.

Sharp. So smooth it’s almost flat. Granny Smith apple skin sourness. It was left about an hour before consuming though 🤭

Le goût est un excellent équilibre de fruits avec des notes de pomme rouge, d'abricot et de raisin rouge avec un fort caractère de chêne tannique et un peu de vinaigre balsamique. Finale plutôt sèche, avec une acidité légère/moyenne.
