Pear-like aroma. Fresh on the palate, with a strong astringent taste. Pear and grapefruit-like sweetness and acidity slowly develop on the palate.

Burunda oldukça yeşil ve tabii ki bretty. Hafif barnhouse. Bardaktan dolayı koklamak yine zor. Damakta hafif karabiber ve beyazbiber notaları. Maltsı bel kemiği. En özel gueuze değil içtiğim. Yine de enjoyable. İyi 🍻

Bière au goût très complexe. Vineuse et légèrement oxydée, les saveurs acidulées se confondent avec le côté moelleux. Puissant et élégant. Non refermenté en bouteille, c'est une bière calme et non pétillante.

Initial Aroma is a sour and vinegary hit on the senses but the taste although tart is more mellow. Light bodied smooth and funky, there’s a green apple saison vibe and oakiness to this easy drinking Lambic.

What constitutes a bio? Whatever it is, it’s great. Light-bodied and incredibly delicate, with apple and lemon the prominent flavours. There’s a subtle underlying spice that gives a little zippiness on the finish, reinforced by that tart, funky goodness.

これめちゃくちゃ美味しい、、！複雑な中に熟れたりんごとビネガーな香り。酸味がすごく穏やかで、ガスが強くないからすごく滑らかな口当たり。甘みもあってすんごい飲みやすい。
