Lámbica pura sin mezclar y sin carbonatacion en botella (embotellada en 2020). Se acerca a esos vinos blancos con madera. Cero gas, no hay burbuja. Boca muy agradable, fina ,suave, acidez moderada, frutal y de final seco maderoso. Gusto largo. Algo único.

Was the perfect mix of a beer and wine. Delicate and beautiful. We kept for 2 years after purchase. Dry at the end but floral in the middle. Taste drops at the end no bad aftertaste.

Comparé à la 1an d'âge, la Grand Cru se boit très facilement mais ce n'est pas pour autant qu'elle conserve de sérieuses subtilités. Se boit très (trop) rapidement

Funk, dried fruit, apple, grain, touch of pear nose. Funk, grain, dried fruit, apple, pear, aged hops, skins, white wine grape. Incredibly well balanced, light tartness, dry.

Really smooth and light. Nicely tartness with a dry bitterness to finish. Wine resembling. Thanks for sharing craig 😀
