It’s official. “Lambic - Traditional” is not my thing. I tried it, didn’t really like it. So I tried a different one, and still didn’t really like it. And I do like sours, just not this style. But if you do, then don’t be put off by my rating: try it!

Dit is de eerste keer dat ik niet omver geblazen wordt door een Cantillion. De smaak van deze fles was plat en waterig. De neus is wel een stuk voller dan de smaak. Lekkere mate van tart, zuur en lichtheid. Wellicht pech met de fles?

2021 Edition, not the best flat Lambic I've had, their Gueuze is in my opinion the better choice since the carbonation helps the flavors or the Oude Lambiek from De Cam.
