差强人意。非常美妙的梅果味道，酸度很低，尾调有很有趣的薄荷味道，是一种不属于温度的凉爽感。不知道是什么原因，整体酒太单薄简单，没有什么结构也并不复杂，说是果汁也不过分。看了眼日期是24年1月，感觉有陈年潜力，可能是开早了吧。^ ^搬家快乐。

27-9. Zesde gang / dessert met rood fruit. Bier is zurig van het rood fruit. Proef bramen en bessen. Ook iets stal/rins. Van de tap!

Nice upfront fruit and funk but the flavor fades quickly, lacking in sustain and finish.

Weinig complexiteit, maar wel lekker fruitig, niet te veel funk of echt geuze karakter. Beetje stinkvoetjesgeur, maar minder vies dan ik bang voor was!

I guess this is a big weekend for Cantillon or something. Good taste. Tart. Don't know what Haskap berries are but i like the drink they make.

Petit problème dans le fût ? Le goût est là, déconcertant, sympa, prononcé. Mais ça racle la gorge de ouf. Pas forcément agréable après 3/4 gorgées 😅. A retester

En douceur. Manque peut-être d'acidité pour moi. Assez léger.
