Les attentes étaient élevées je l’avoue, ma première St-Lam. Superbe Lambic aux raisins 🍇, la limite entre le vin et la bière, superbe équilibre des saveurs, de l’acidité et même un petit côté tannique. Les fruits c’est la vie

Resinous, red fruits, berries, ripe fruits, merlot, winy grapes, slight funky, acid nose. Flavor is moderate to heavy tarty, acid, resinous, cherry, winy, red fruits dry ending. Body is medium, texture is oily, average to fizzy carbonation.

Man this is smooth, red wine grapes are clear but not overwhelming. Bottom of the bottle, but not too yeasty. Fantastic

C'est du super boulot mais attention à laisser aérer un peu dans le verre pour que aérer les tanin et que l'acidité se stabilise. Raisin, bois juste acide comme il faut un vrai petit vin avec un final sec
