I love how every time I have a Cantillon it just perfectly defines what I think a sour should be. This one is no different. Light malt bill leads to tart vinous notes before smoothly funky but dry finish. Acidity is spot on to heighten the fruit flavor

17 december 2020 Damn this is a great vintage for this! Fantastic combination of wine grape and Lambic acidity. Dry and full bodied red wine grapes, complete with tart skin and peppery seeds/pits, Brill ant layers of oak and acidity from the Wine BAing

Ale się wkurwiłem. To jest ten najlepszy sizonal? Nie wiem, może to nie mój szczep, ale cech lambika tu 10%, reszta to aromat jakiejs zakurzonej chujowej kadarki. Vigneronne to jedno z moich ulubionych piw, ale to chętnie pozamieniam za smooje

Weer eens een cantillon geproefd, kleur is prachtig maar, zeker niet verkeerd nog steeds niet mijn ding.
