3/29/17. Had this right after the ‘21 and it’s noticeably more complex and leathery. Some Brussels basement dust, wet oak, and citrus. Silky mouthfeel. 4.6

LCI. Bière de Beerthday. Nez fermier. Belle longueur en bouche avec des notes boisées et de Bretts. C'est vraiment très bon, un classique des classiques.

After 5 years, it has developed into a soft sour beer. Very nice and very drinkable. Smooth, dry finish; just lovely!

Made my pickled herring on this, and the rest I drank. Develops nicely with some age for sure, neat light citrus characters and good amount of bubbles

Ça a super bien évoluer, c'est funky a souhait, équilibre et longueur parfaite. Cantillon cest quand même meilleur avec 5 ans de cave

Bottled Feb 22. Very funky, tannins are coming out a bit more than I remember. Lingering finish.
