Lambic wine blend . Interesting how the beer further ferments the wine resulting in a more earthy and mineral flavour but retaining a part of the original aromas.

Lci Interesting straight 2 yr lambic with wine. I kept having to tell myself it’s just straight lambic. I really missed some carbonation in this. It’s really nice lambic. Carb would elevate this.

Beck Hartwig > Zusslin. Much older tasting, dusty, high minerality, nutty.
