#3. Not my fave. I don’t mind flat lambic but there’s just not much going on here

Wine:prominent nose, spicy, Oily, minerals, herbal orange bitters. Beer:dry finish, light spicyness, subtle orange notes, candid sweet notes, bitter

More influenced by the wine & less brett. Still with the base funky dry tart apple base.

Wine is 2x better than the beer. No carb and melon

Lambic wine blend . Interesting how the beer further ferments the wine resulting in a more earthy and mineral flavour but retaining a part of the original aromas.

Lci Interesting straight 2 yr lambic with wine. I kept having to tell myself it’s just straight lambic. I really missed some carbonation in this. It’s really nice lambic. Carb would elevate this.

Beck Hartwig > Zusslin. Much older tasting, dusty, high minerality, nutty.

Very flat, basically natural wine more than anything, can’t make my mind up about this one

Heavy on the grapes. True hybrid. A bit young. Lemony and grassy. Easy drinking.

This was pretty nice, lots of aromatics from the different grapes used in the blend, nice nild Cantillon funk, you really gets that this is an hybrid and not just grape added straight on lambic, very borderline of both worlds.
