Scored a few bottles at a grocery store of all places. Cracked one and it's a little fresh for my taste. Really tart with heavy raspberry and a touch acetic. Going to let the other bottles sit for a few years.

My first Cantillon did not disappoint! Thin, dry, effervescent, bright, and complex. Sharp zap of electric acidity opens up into dazzlingly tart raspberry. So mouth watering it almost becomes jammy. Hints of green apple and wet grass, with a pleasant funk

This is tough to put a rating too. Flavours are immensely strong red berries, so tart, astringent potential acetic. Like drinking jam. However, every mouthful I’m getting heart burn and need Gaviscon.

🎄🎄🎄 20/4/20 - in der Nase fruchtig, funky, hefedurchzogen, bisschen Muff. Antrunk spritzig, subtil säuerlich, jammy. Die Himbeere zieht sich langsam in den Hintergrund und macht Platz für feine Komplexität und eine gute krautige Würze. Schrebergarten😝

Anscheind ein bier was svhwer zu finden ist, vorallem on Tap. Riecht fruchtig sauer. Stark sauer im Mund, bitter im Nachgeschmack. Beerig fruchtig. Sehr sprudelig.

Oh yes. It's a full send Friday and after squeezing out a pass on a trig math test today I am rewarding myself with this absolutely stunning raspberry lambic. This cellared almost perfectly. It's beautifully tart and elegantly effervescent.♥️🍻🍻🍻🍻

My least favorite Cantillon. Idk what it is this just doesn't hit for me. Very dry, a bit tannic, tart berries.
