I was really trying to be open-minded, but seriously how can this be even consider as a beer? Lambic for sure is not my type. Sorry 🤷🏻♀️

Para cenar, con un mojete toledano y unas anchoas. Me flipa esta cerveza, lo amplia que es y lo llena que te deja la boca y el alma.

Sweet nectarine and green apple in the aromas with gentle and delicate brett characters. Smooth mouthfeel. Lightly bodied. Mildly sour with nutty and raspberry-like juiciness. Mostly peach and almond in the flavors. Sweet finish.

Groene appel en druif, stalgeur, brett. Wijn. Mild zuur, licht bittertje. Perfect in balans. Classic!!!
