2020. Nie na genialny jest ten rocznik. Bez w aromacie w smaku. Coś cudownego. Idealnie dziki i kwaśny. Nic nie dominuje. Cudowne

👀 Pours gold, little haze, little white foam, not lasting long👃Funk ! A lot of funk. I also get some spiciness, remanent of curcuma. Flowery and wild👅 strong acidity and funk, long lasting in mouth. Delicious as usual with Cantillon !

A lovely funky floral character on the nose, elderflower is quite present. On the palate, elderflower comes through alongside interesting elements like pepper, freshly cut herbs, especially dill, and orchard fruits. Soft, balanced tartness, really nice.

For sure get some Elderflower in it. Salted lemon fruit and rind, the Elderflower and rind give it a bit of bitterness making it a bit more unique. Really well balanced sour, tartness 7/10.

Not sure I’m getting any elderflower. I’m also not sure I know what elderflower tastes like either. So.....🤷♂️

Totally got the jalapeño vibes on this that I got at Cantillon. Sounds weird, but I really dig it. The last freshie I had didn't have it. Loon Balloon share

This Lambic is quite solid. It has a decent & complex vinous feel with a very nice elderflower presence and some good oakey notes as well. Dry mouthfeel releasing some light tannins & powerful yeast and earthy aromas. Loving this one a lot!

I love it when (former) students are open to a new flavour experience, and this one has certainly hit the spot. Absolutely delicious this. The floral notes, the powdery nose, that lovely balanced pucker. Awesome.

On a vraiment la fleur de sureau en bouche,la version bouteille est moins prononcé qu'en pression.
