Niet genoeg hoeveelheid voor Lex. Maar er worden er heel weinig per jaar gemaakt, dit jaar 250. Mag maar een fles bij de brouwerij meenemen en Amerikanen betalen 300 per fles. Dit is wel gekke smaak hoor. Gemiddelde van 4.25 is terecht. Bes komt hard door

Tart, bright. Elderflower really coming through on the back half of the palate and finish. Good, good stuff

I did not enjoy the elderflower aspect of this. Too much vegetal flavor to it.

2019. Floral and earthy. Mildly sweet then gets a little funky. Nicely balanced. Solid.

Bottled June 24, 2021. Underwhelmed if only because I love elderberry and just didn’t come through. Weird since it’s pretty fresh. Love the sour level; more moderate than most. Sweetness up front and a little chalky in the end. A bit of coffee too.

喝过黑暗项目的数据传说的接骨木之后觉得，这个没有很突出。相比参照系的也是，但是你妈的康帝隆的基酒兰比克实在是太棒了，野菌臭和酸感非常平衡，略微甜感，我觉得很大一部分是，兰比克的风味把接骨木花的生青芒果味给盖过去了，以至于喝到回温后段才喝到那种我在数据传说里面感受到的味道。确实是个好酒，基酒到增味，都做的不错，只是我觉得可能基酒抢了增味的风头。不错的兰比克，平衡是一个很重要的点，他做到了，好喝！旧世界还是有旧世界的底蕴在的。再喝一口，中段会有青草的香味，那种若隐若现的苦感（但其实不苦）
