Mengeling van Lambik gebrouwen op 30 november 2016 en 6 december 2016, gerijpt in Cognac vaten en gebotteld op 10 maart 2020. Blend of lambic brewed on 30 November 2016 and 6 December 2016, aged in Cognac barrels and bottled on 10 March 2020.

Je reste à Québec, forever. Grosse fucking bouteille. Nez chaleureux et sauvage. En bouche, c'est doux, sauvage et chaleureux. Le brandy se fait vraiment sentir en fin de bouche. Boisé/terreux. D'une grande complexité. Longue finale. World class.
