I didn't think it would age this well, but it's so well balanced. Apricot is still very much fresh but the hay funk on this compliments it.

Interesting revisiting this after 5 years. There’s still a bit of that stonefruit quality but definitely a far more musty, farmyard-y character developing. There’s a real sharp acidity in there now and a more pronounced white wine character.

Apricots, peaches and lemon. Not super fruity but more of a tart, funky barnyard vibe up front with the fruits finishing it off in a semi-dry way. Fine balanced acidity. Never had Fou' really fresh. Would be great to try that for sure..

Had to do something fun for 2500. This is very tart and very awesome. Also with this, I am going to be taking a long break from beer. Gotta put off some pounds. See you all in a while!

Au nez belles notes d'abricots, légèrement funky. Belle robe jaune ambrée, fine carbo. En bouche bel équilibre, belle acidité, l'abricot ressort bien. Vraiment bon.

Aug 14, 2018 bottle. Super honeycomb apricot juice with cantillon funk backing the whole thing up. Real nice
