Happy Zwanze Day! Vig and homemade Morgan Hill Margherita pizza. This Vig is just bursting with flavor. Intense grape and barrel. A little on the acidic side but everything follows through nicely on the flavor progression.

Après un accident de bouchon qui s’est bien terminé... wow! Dur de dire si ça valait le trade contre une brouette de Tilquins, mais c’est dans les meilleures Cantillon que j’ai jamais bues. Raisins blancs, funk, blé, vague houblon, c’est 💯🥰

Svak duft av eple&pærecider, hvitvin, litt eplecidereddik samt funk. Relativt mild&rund smak som duft, med noe, sterkt avrundet druestein&hint av havrenøtter. Mot aprikos når den varmes. Noe melkesyre i ettersm. Vinøs mf, bare lett karbonert.121018, 6.5%.

Marking a bittersweet day with this special beer purchased at the brewery in 2019 while Naomi was pregnant. Tomorrow, Meatball starts daycare and Naomi goes back to work after an incredible mat leave. Naomi, we love you and you truly are Super Mom!

Lovely, just lovely. That little hint of vinegear that never gets to you. Instead, you’re bombarded with grapes. What a treat.

Last vig from our Cantillon trip in 2019 to celebrate my birthday share. Many thought this was an unfruited geuze like A&G, I loved it still, got better over time, still pretty sharp notes of grape skin up front

Superb with that extra year of aging. More depth of funk and base lambics, yet still lots of fruit. More tannic grape, light sherry, old wooden cellar, green apple, pear, barnyard. A little lighter acidity than 19. Brilliant! 4.7
