Jetz geht loss! Stalin zou trots zijn op onze biervoorraad. Deze heeft mooi gerijpt, mooi oude smaken en subtiele Fata Morgana tonen. Smaakt goed bij pasta zonder kruiden.

Gammelost nog för att starta sig ett mejeri med tillhörande butik. Halvavslagen sötma med svartpepparhint som ger komplexitet. Föredrar friskare kreationer, men detta är intressant.

Raiding the Cantillon stash pre Zwanze 2020. Amazing balanced sour. Believe this was purchased at Zwanze Day 2018 at Moor, AKA The Battle of Zwanze™️. One of the best days on the game so far.

No carbonation. Tart green apple, grassy & funky with big woody overcoat. Woody and lightly dry finish. Not my favourite Cantillon beer.

Tastes like muddy water but smells like dank weed. Like 100% weed nose. Crazy bruh. But doesn’t make up for the muddy water.

Bottled 25.8.17. Last time I had this it was totally flat. There’s a fair level of carbonation now (not quite gueuze amount though) and it’s amazing.
