1/3 pint - dry and pleasant lambic with a little barrel character. Very tasty.

Sweet, funky but savoury nose. Green apple skins, cheese rind and oaky mellow backdrop. Just a touch of lactic sourness. Vintage cider like warmth. Old mown hay. Exceptionally refreshing. Nice dry, funky finish with some residual sweetness.

Late for the pic. Lemony, tart, earth. Light bodied. Very low carbonation, almost flat. Sweet.

Lemony grape must, apples, fresh bright grains, quite mellow acidity for a young Lambic. Great. Wish I didn't need the remaining 2.5 litres for blending đ

Plaatjes maar is blijkbaar de bedoeling, te vergelijken als witte vino, gerijpt op houte vaten. Wordt niet gebotteld
