あんまり酸味はなく、むしろ少しのモルティさと渋味を感じるな。全体的にはドリンカブルなサワーという印象。少しグレープフルーツ。うーん。物足りないな。

Belgium-Pt. 2: Good, but a very one-dimensional basic young sour. Interesting to taste what their base is for all their beers though, and to see how the older blend added to it creates the magical gueuze.
