Merci Sam!

Another stunner that was drinking nicely with the time on it. Big carbonation from the pour. Slight red/brown colors. Nice bramble nose. Body on this was vinuous and slightly funky with very good dark cherry, melon, cantaloupe, and light peach. 4.65

Difficult to dispute that this is an incredible beer - sharp fruit tanin complexity with vinous flavours galore

Loads of tannins and woody qualities. Really intersting and a wonderful journey for this complex beer

Bordeaux grape nose, champagne bubbly effervescence, fruity dry, finish lingers. Pairs beautifully w a cave-aged sheep's milk cheese. Perfect.
