Another stunner that was drinking nicely with the time on it. Big carbonation from the pour. Slight red/brown colors. Nice bramble nose. Body on this was vinuous and slightly funky with very good dark cherry, melon, cantaloupe, and light peach. 4.65

2 petites gorgées qui valent leur pesant d’or! WoW elle est tellement différente de l’autre batch que j’avais bue. Plus ronde, plus complexe, beaucoup moins vineuse. Fruitée.

Un oubli de la soirée d'hier. Bien d'accord avec Rémy. La 2018 était plutôt unidirectionnelle, mais ici y'a une complexité assez incroyable. Gros raisin rouge sucré. Acidité vraiment faible versus la 2018. Deux petites gorgées le fun!

Bordeaux grape nose, champagne bubbly effervescence, fruity dry, finish lingers. Pairs beautifully w a cave-aged sheep's milk cheese. Perfect.
