This is indeed magical. Light sweetness of vanilla but beautifully melded with a berry medley, tart and refreshing with a beautiful, smooth undertone. Touch of woodsiness in the finish. 4 oz sample, from notes

Great lambic! Fruity, acidic, and floral. A little to fresh for my taste. If I could I would Keep it for a while.

I’ve read so many mixed reviews about this beer. IT IS INSANE. It tastes like gummies. The fruits are so bold and the star is the vanilla who puts the kick in everything. It was so syrupy. It’s a dessert.
