Knochentrocken, weniger zugänglich als die Standardgueuze. Gutes Zeug.

Wow, so different from a regular gueuze, much richer in taste

Already tasted 5+ years old. Lots of funk, easy drinking, really good. Thanks Compton!

Mild karbonering, ikke våknet 100%. Men utrolig god, enormt potensiale

Très tranquille mais très complexe. Pas trop acide, boisée.

Not a standout to me in any dimension really but still very enjoyable. Could drink a lot of this.

Yeah, yeah, "regular gueuze" bla bla bla. And yet this one drank more lively, sprightly than other run-of-the-mill gueuzes from Cantillon. I quite enjoyed this, more than I anticipated. [2021 Catch Up]

Dusty wood, mineral, and citrus nose. Flavor is Cantillon bacteria, lemon, light horseblanket, pepper, cedar, barn, and leather. Medium to fuller bodied with some nice balance. Really drinkable for only 4 years old, and has a good bit of carb

Beer 4435 - superb lambic. Full & bold. Really smooth.

Very nicely rounded. Also quite barrely, but you can feel a more youthful character and less citrus. Should be quite amazing with some time. Unique and great in its own way.

Znacznie lepsze niegazowane gueuze od grand cru brucoseli. Będę powtarzać
