l’acidité s’est probablement estompée un peu, la framboise est bien présente, c’est bonnn

Great to find a RdG on the shelf. Even better it was from work. Even better (sadder?) as of yesterday, I was the only person to buy one. 3 days and counting and none of have moved. Crazy times we live in.

A child's rhyme stuck in my head It said that life is but a dream I've spent so many years in question To find I've known this all along

Blind pour...guessed it in WI hin two mins but guessed a little extra age on it. Fairly malty and acidic vs fleshy fruit from previous vintages

Mmmmm. Yes, raspberries, the tartness is not so sharp, great fruitiness. Solid stuff.

Each year a bit different than the last, but just as good!

Pretty tart and heavy raspberry. The other bottles will probably sit for a few years before I crack another.

LC; thanks, AAA - Gambrinus was the first Cantillon I ever tried, and it became one of my least favorites, always reading as too sharp/acidic for me to enjoy; that said, this is the freshest I’ve had RdG, & I was pleasantly surprised w/how mellow this…

This is jammy as fuck. So much sweeter than everything else we’ve had tonight.

The nose is unremarkable. But the tongue is unremitting beauty: Harvey tart raspberries for funky sour days. Great vintage, or maltage, as I say.
