Weirdly I get Cinnamon or Spekulatius at first then a really great cherry taste that stays for minutes in the mouth.

Du grand art brassicole venant des maîtres. Bel équilibre entre la griotte et l’acidité juste assez présente. Une très belle couleur rouge et pétillante comme il se doit pour le style. Tout est bien équilibré.

LCI from 28.01. soooo much cherry. Tastes exactly like sour cherry juice at 10 days in the bottle. Prefer it slightly older but fun to try!

Loads of juicy cherry, low funk, light carb, fairly mild acidity, dry. Definitely prefer these fresh bottles for their huge fruit intensity. 18 Jan 2021 bottle date.
