Borderline cocktail-y. Elderflower hides around the margins, with an herbaceous quality that’s reminiscent of an amaro. Strong funk underlies everything.

Mon coup de coeur de la soirée. Le nez était carrément horrible avec une odeur désagréable de cornichon. Pourtant en bouche c’était superbe. Lambic très floral, végétal et agrumé. Acidité bien balancée. Wow!

Na vijf jaar nog enorm veel vlierbloesem in de neus. Zachte, soepele geuze, kruidig, beetje gepeperd, en flink wat vlierbloesem in het glas. Heel mooi. Foodpairing: een uitstekende saucisson sec.

Still a bit light and lemony, plenty of amazan elderflower on the nose but the taste is bit weak.

The elderflower really rounds off some of the acidity with an almost vanilla aspect. Quite incredible

This is beer poetry! The elder flower mix with the tartness, and sour parts is amazing! Like the elderflower lemonade, but better. The tartness carries the elderflower so nice!

Y'avait pas de millésime faque on va faire à semblant que cest le 2019 (POUR LE TICK) certaines mauvaises langues (Renaud B. Et Julien L. ) trouvent que ca goûtent le poivron. Ne croyez pas ces balivernes. C'est du prestige au pouce carré ça madame 🙏🙏
