Let krop relativt tanninet på tungen og en smule sødme inden syrligheden overtager med frygtede noter. Den har stået i lidt tid, og derfor forventes humlen ikke og overleve og den har den heller ikke. Men desværre er dybden ikke så dyb igen

2017-02-19, 750ml bottled 2014-12-18. Pour dark yelloish orange no foam. Aroma is acitic. Taste is acid of coarse. High carbonation. Long tart finish.

A great start to a fun afternoon. Big nose of funk with melon ball scents and a very light smokiness. More melon in body along w notes of apple cider, slight grape, light peach skins, and lemon peel. Just the right level of tartness to help balance. 4.4
