Big oak on this one. The spice factor almost gives me a rye connotation. The hopping (after all the cellaring) gives it a rye IPA-like character.

First time I understand what horseblanket means in a taste description. Dusty on the nose. Light sourness and funky notes on the palate and some lingering bitterness in the aftertaste. Fascinating!

Such a unique lambic. Needs a lot of air time to get all of the flavors but super epic.

Лежалый хмель, прелая листва, осенний лес, мокрая древесина, сырая земля. Горчинка уверенная. Вкус выравнивается по мере нагревания

Superb cold/dry hopping, Blue farmhouse cheddar, funky grass, pink grapefruitflesh flying off the glass. Ends with a dry, sparkling white wine finnish.

Exquisitely tart yet balanced and tempered with age. Filled with character.

Это показалось поинтереснее, помимо лёгкой фруктовости есть свой характер какой-то, терпкость, будто забродившие фрукты, но чуть интереснее, немного обжигает карбонацией.

Badhus och pissoarsten! Källartrappa och hästtäcke.

Nice, slightly oxidised character. Sherry, floral, peppery hop touch, apricot, wooden cellar, aged hops. Has a bitter hop bite to it. Otherwise medium / lightly sour. Nice, but I prefer 3F when it comes to non-fruited lambic.

Had this 3 years ago onsite. So much oak in this now and if you close your eyes the smell takes you downstairs at the brewery. Can’t wait to revisit again in a few more years
