2nd bottle from this batch. I missed the beautiful hops aroma when I had first bottle. Decorum is destroyed by acidity. All the flavours fight with each other - sweetness is only lack of acidity, there no leather, bitterness is lack of sweetness....

A bit more acidic than I’d enjoy, bottling date 21 jan - second bottle already and again resembles the body of the 3yo lambic bruocsella

Better than previous years. Aroma is wheat, grainy, young lambic. Taste is quite mild and smooth, not too acidic. Medium carbonation for Cantillon standards. Aftertaste is quite clean.

Clear gold. Keytone & stone fruit nose. Sour stone fruit & honey flavour. Nectarine, peach, hint of cherry. Acetone heavy, but not overpowering. A kick in the salivary glands.
