Really enjoyed this - quite cidery but went down a treat after some go karting - can’t wait for the 2022 version when it’s ready!

Zaczynam wierzyć w teorie że w lambiczkach butelka > lane. O ile w aromacie klasa, dziękuję Pan Jean Van Roy, o tyle w smaku pod koniec wjeżdża jednak ocet i taki nawet delikatnje acetonowy klimat. Tak nie do końca, jak draft to tilquin głównie.

しっかりとグーズらしい酸味。カンティヨンらしい味わい。あまりブレタノは感じず綺麗目。かなり良いバランスで美味いなあ。温んでくるとちょっとシガーっぽさだったり、甘やかな香りだったりが出てきて複雑さが増して尚良し。

大瓶。甘やかさ強いなあ。酸の強さはあまり無いなあ。綺麗ではあるし、より飲みやすくはあるけど。 ラベル変わった時に感じたのに近いのかも。ちょっとハニー的なニュアンス。

2nd bottle from this batch. I missed the beautiful hops aroma when I had first bottle. Decorum is destroyed by acidity. All the flavours fight with each other - sweetness is only lack of acidity, there no leather, bitterness is lack of sweetness....
