Lovely to see this on draft, nice but subtle bile flavour! But as labics go easy drinker and nice to have it in its pure form without loads of fruit adjuncts (not that I don't like a fruity lambic!)

04 AUGUST 2021 - More tart, dry, and funky than the 2019 bottle I had last week. If I drank them blind, I would have picked this to be the older bottle.

Should be the 2021 one...! On draft at the Zoon, this time this one is pretty good, the bitter note of the last had has disappeared, this time the beer is so centered, maybe needs a bit more intensity, but it's absolutely enjoyable. 4.4

Subtle as always with light funk, grassy nose, lemon and sour Apple body. Dry oak finish with a smooth linger of age, wow, still amazing. Thanks Alex O.

Mellow rich appley nose. Taste is crisp yet subtle, tart but but with lots of depth. A hint of green grape seed bitterness and oak. Very well composed. Also on that note, I fucking love Copenhagen! 🇩🇰
