Nose is berry-ish and tart. Taste is sour berries, hint of jam. Astringent finish.

Hey, look what I found in my beer cellar. Maybe not the best beer to keep too long, and nice and refreshing in summer. Call me a barbarian, but I’ve always had a slight preference for raspberry over cherries in my lambics.

Surölshimlen. Väldigt välbalanserad med bra syrlighet, inte så att det blir skarpt. Så mycket hallon i smaken. Aningen jästig. Väldigt uppfriskande!

王冠と更にコルクで蓋してあるのか。慌ててワイン用のオープナーを引っ張り出す。適性温度の12-15度辺で飲むと流石と言いたくなる。フランボワーズのジャム感がどんどん増し、酸味が損なわれないまま甘味も出てくる。ただし冷え過ぎても温くなり過ぎてもやっぱり駄目。なので飲み終えるまで冷蔵庫に戻すのを繰り返す。

On tap, so had to be done. Raspberries are slightly more intense and sharpness has rounded off. Subtle oakiness.

Bought the shirt while seeing the brewery myself and wore it specific for today's tasting. Rare beer brought back from Belgium hand delivered by my sister herself.
