28Nov2018. Rhubarb is heavy in this - earthy, bitter, vegetal, yet sweet/tart and juicy. Was not expecting that, given how the fruit had disappeared in a recent '17 bottle. Funk/acid within the normal Cantillon range.

Need more lambic in my life. Big carb. So effervescent. Bubbles popping and tickling my nose as I take the first sips. Rhubarb blends well with the funky base. This is more gueuze like with a bit more tartness. Lemon and green apple. Delicious

What a treat! Hoping my trip doesn’t get cancelled

Deeper, funky, gorgeous blend of rhubarb, lemon, mushroom, earth.

Night-ender; I haven’t had Cantillon for so long, I’d forgotten what their house character feels like; wet rhubarb funk; soft, delicate carb & citric minerality; wet woodiness & light acid; not much experience with Cantillon, & I’ve never had Nath, so…

Light in flavour not so much in carbonation. Have to hunt for the rhubarb

Tons of rhubarb, it punches hard and upfront unlike other rhubarb beers. None of the vinegar notes Cantillon struggles with, this is clean. Wish it had a Sherry barrel finish though.

This yesterday night beer was rhubarbarly bitter but at the same time was veery sweet cause after this the barman offered us another glass. A free glass of Cantillon lambic on tap. I think I love the guy, sorry S.
